- Treatment of Periodontal Disease

Please email us with the following information if you know you’d like to refer a patient to WSVDOS:
- Referring veterinarian
- Referral hospital
- Contact (phone/email)
- Signalment: name, age, sex, breed
- Chief complaint
- Patient/Case Info: Patient of yours? Last seen? If so, was an anesthetized oral exam and/or dental rads performed
- Are you intending to host the procedure at your clinic or sending to referral clinic for treatment? See referral information below

WSVDOS is a mobile, veterinary dental practice based out of Grand Junction, CO that provides treatment in collaboration with several veterinary clinics across the western slope of CO and beyond. While we are more than happy to provide care for your patients in your clinic & in the comfort of their regular veterinary space, there are times when hosting is a less conducive option, and referring out is preferrable or logistically necessary.
We have partnered with Sky Canyon Veterinary Hospital in Grand Junction, CO to see referrals when:
- There are logistical barriers around the clinical aspects of the case
- There is a need for cone beam CT (CBCT) imaging prior to procedure
If your clinic is in the Durango/Cortez area, we can see your patient referrals in Ridgway, CO at Ridgway Animal Hospital (case by case).

- There is a need for CBCT imaging prior to procedure
- There are logistical barriers (timely scheduling, staffing/space, clinical aspects)
